Due to the nature of skincare products, all sales are final and items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used.

However, if you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will issue a full refund if a refund request is submitted within 7 days of purchase date. To request a refund, please contact us at info@mahoganyrosecosmetics.com with your order number and reason for the request.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–7 business days for the refund to appear.
